Today marked the 47th year of my life...That is a big number..3 years to be half a century..I'm almost ancient..hahaha..My mom was the first to sent me Birthday message..but my husband wished me my first birthday wish....Then my 2 little ones..

My colleagues gave me a cake at the office. And surprisingly I received a bouquet of flowers from my old buddy fro

m schooling time,,It was definitely a wonderful surprise...

Well...I wonder what I have achieved for the past 47 years...??There were a few good memories

and quite a number of not so good memories..These events made us what we are today..more colors gave more personalities traits..Wiser? I guess some would still question this ability..especially after what I have gone through these past years. Greater patience? Well, most would definitely agree to this trait.. Matured? maybe..Complacent? That's

a definite NO!! More things to do and explore...

Thanks to my 3 children who has given me enough colors to my life...Without them, I will not be as strong as I am now.They are my strength and wisdom. They reminde me of who I was before. There are times I wish th

ey could be like me..more independant and strong minded but I cant change them. They are what they are. I just hope that they will grow to be strong in bo

dy, mind and health. It take times and experience to be what I am now.

My past experience had me strong minded and almost heartless..These could be good or maybe bad. Depends on how some look at it..Some even said I am too "degil" never one to listen to other's opinion or advices. Some even questioned me.." seriously you dont feel anything??not even anger??" Somehow..heartless people seldom hurts especially the strong-minded-heartless person.. We just dont care and couldn't be bother to think or consider things that cant be changed..That should be a good thing. right?Less heartache and worries...live longer..

So, the day is almost over, finally, I've received birthday wishes from my eldest son.. Frankly I thought he would be the first to wish me (feeling quite disappointed that he didn't even send me a tinkle) but unfortunately he was ill today. Get well soon dear boy...

Hubby gave me perfume..does it mean I dont smell good enough for him??hehehe

12 June 2011 - Auni's 11th birthday..The number added another one year but she is still the baby girl..I told her that she is going to get her I/C next year..She asked me back.."I/C tu apa ibu?"

My sister-in-law and family came to our house for her birthday bringing along my MIL (whose birthday a day earlier). So, I planned with my maid, since they are here, might as well we had a small makan-makan for the occasion. I bought blueberry cheese cake from Secret Recipe and my maid cooked fried bihun..

Amir 6th Birthday

23rd October 2009. Amir Zikry bin Rosli, my youngest child, turned 6. As usual, he demanded so many things.First, he wanted Ben 10 cake. Then, he asked for remote controlled helicopter. Then, transformer toys..





Hmmmm...these are expensive stuffs..Anyway, I did get him Ben 10 cake which costs me RM87.15.. As for the other gifts, I haven't got around to look for them yet... Anyway, I'm still thinking of whether to get him these toys or maybe something else...

As usual, the photo taking on birthdays. He put on his new birthday t-shirt and pants...off to the photo shop..Bee Bee (our family's photo shop) And here's the result:

Somehow..he looked much-much older than his 6 years..He looked more like 8 yrs than his actual age..Dont grow too fast, Amir..

I threw a small party for him, in fact his first actual birthday party since his birthday usually fell on Puasa month. Invited family only..

August is definitely celebration month.. Firstly. my parent's anniversary falls on the 6th..then my mom's birthday on the 8th and yesterday, on the 15th is my "lil sister"'s birthday...

Ja..Happy birthday to you from all of us here..You are my one and only sister..We've shared soo much secrets together since childhood days and even till now...there were untold stories which are still remain as secrets between us..That's the beauty and the luxuries of having such a wonderful sister like you...

Auni is 9 today

My sweet darling Auni is 9 today. She woke up real early and wanted to take the shower on her own. Unfortunately, I had to clean the shampoo from her hair as usual..
9 years ago, I was driving home from work (from Prai to Alor Star).It was already 7pm, when suddenly I felt some contraction. I had to make a very quick decision. Should I stop or must I drove straight home. By then, I had reached Sg Petani..So, I decided to stopped by the clinic juz in case I couldn't make it home.

I remember going to Klinik Dr Rama nearby Central Square. The doctor told me that it was already 2 cm and I shouldn't be driving as he said I could deliver at anytime. But I told myself and the baby that I can make it back to Alor Star. I drove slowly and counting the contraction as I drove...

I reached home safely without further incidents. At 2am, I woke up and notice something was not right.. The water bag has burst..I woke my husband up and got ready for the hospital...We went to Pusat Pakar Utara , now known as Kedah Medical Centre. I was taken to the room while waiting for the time to deliver.

I had to be induced as the baby could have suffocated. It took the baby about half an hour from the first serious contraction to come out..

It's a girl...

Auni Zulaikha, born on June the 12th...at Pusat Pakar Utara, Alor Setar, Kedah at 1.45pm. My only girl and have given great joy...You are so soft and that's why they said you are "perempuan melayu terakhir" You love music so I bought you an MP4...TokWan gave you a set of girls stuff..You had never ask for much except a birthday cake...

Happy Birthday Auni...May you find happiness in everything you strive for...

Today is my youngest son's birthday.. Amir Zikry 5 years old..Born at 10am on 23rd October 2003. I remember it was Deepavali's eve. You have bring great joy to our life...The most manja of all my children..being over spoilt by the maid and usually gets what he wants.
Amir means Leader and Zikry means remembers...I gave you this name so that when you grow up...and become a leader who always remember your roots and Allah...
Although you are the youngest, I can still depend on you to give way to your special sister. You understood why she needs extra attention.
